Private Pay Psychotherapy

Private Pay rates start at $165 a session. Private pay means that you are not using an insurance to pay for services. This also means that we do not have to be confined to the boundaries and requirements of an insurance company.

Insurance-billed Psychotherapy

Pending credentialing with the following insurance companies: BCBS, Health Partners, Optum (UHC, Medica, UBH), UCare, Hennepin Health, and Medicare

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is NOT psychotherapy. This is provided on a private pay sliding fee rate from $100 to $20. If we are engaged in Spiritual Direction, I will assist in setting the boundary away from therapy work.

Payments are due at time of service, and I use IvyPay, which is a HIPAA compliant app for therapists.

I accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You may also choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance independently. Please verify specific requirements for reimbursement with your insurance provider prior to your first session.
